If you miss a session, you can simply join any other batch on the same day or later in the week. With multiple daily time slots, you’ll never fall behind in your practice.

We require expecting mothers to get verbal or written approval from their doctor before enrolling. Yes the classes are Live and interactive ensuring 2 way communication between teachers and students. We use zoom application to conduct all our online yoga classes
Our course is designed in such a way that you can join anytime. You won't miss anything. We add all the new students in the running batch only.
