No prior experience is needed! The class is designed for beginners and children of all levels, with simple, safe, and fun movements.
Just a yoga mat (or a soft floor space), comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. That’s it!
Yes! The session is interactive with stories, games, and animal-inspired poses to keep kids engaged throughout. Breaks are gently woven in to keep their energy balanced.
Parents are welcome to observe. Some younger children (ages 4–6) may benefit from having a parent nearby for encouragement.
