Does my child need any prior yoga experience to join?

No prior experience is needed! The class is designed for beginners and children of all levels, with simple, safe, and fun movements.

What do we need to prepare for the class?

Just a yoga mat (or a soft floor space), comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. That’s it!

Will my child be able to focus for 45 minutes?

Yes! The session is interactive with stories, games, and animal-inspired poses to keep kids engaged throughout. Breaks are gently woven in to keep their energy balanced.

Can I attend the class with my child?

Parents are welcome to observe. Some younger children (ages 4–6) may benefit from having a parent nearby for encouragement.
