Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels—especially beginners. Each move is broken down clearly by the instructor, and you can go at your own pace. Over time, you’ll naturally build stamina, coordination, and confidence.
You’ll need a stable internet connection, Zoom app on your phone or laptop, a water bottle, and just enough space to stretch your arms and move freely. No special equipment or setup is needed—just your energy and willingness to move!
Absolutely! Flexibility is one of our biggest strengths. You’re welcome to attend any of the available time slots on any day. Whether your routine changes weekly or daily, you can always find a class that fits your schedule.
Yes! Our classes are live, not pre-recorded. Instructors actively observe participants, correct posture when needed, and offer encouragement and guidance in real-time. You’ll never feel lost or overlooked.
Our Zumba and Aerobics classes are suitable for all adults, typically aged 15 to 60+. We do advise those with medical concerns or senior participants to consult a doctor before starting any new fitness routine and inform us of any limitations.
Yes the classes are Live and interactive ensuring 2 way communication between teachers and students. We use zoom application to conduct all our online yoga classes
Our course is designed in such a way that you can join anytime. You won't miss anything. We add all the new students in the running batch only.
